It has been way to long since I have posted, In part pure laziness but also over the last year I have had many challenges that have put this on the back burner so to speak. A job change, Covid, Cancer and battling my own demons. I will post in-depth on these in the future.

On a more positive note I have started doing radio again and ask am being asked for podcast and downloads, this is the push i needed to start posting again so thank you to all that have asked me for these.

The Revolve Radio show started on a Wednesday night back in June, I have since switched to a Sunday night 6-8pm UK time on pressureradio.com. I am 37 shows in already and includes two 4 hours tributes to the legend Phil Asher who sadly passed away earlier this year. These will be the first ones I post.
